Diego Biseswar has shared a memorable anecdote from his time at PAOK Saloniki. He played the cup final against AEK, but the preparation was greatly disrupted by a prank from the rival fans.

In the ESPN show 'Fresia and Milan park the bus', Biseswar reflected on his adventure in Greece. 'We played the cup final against AEK Athens on neutral ground. We had calculated that we needed to get to the stadium very early. Normally, it was a ten-minute journey from the hotel to the stadium, but the coach said the roads were busy, so we left a bit earlier, two hours in advance.'
However, the players' bus didn't get far. 'At one point, we were on the highway and we came to a stop. There were hundreds of cars parked in such a way that a bus just couldn't get through. Each car was about two meters apart. So we had to get off the bus and walk the last three to four kilometers. Otherwise, we would have been late.'
The PAOK squad arrived at the stadium on foot, but the situation there was just as chaotic. 'When we got to the stadium, there was already a fight breaking out between the fans. They were using tear gas everywhere. It got right into your eyes, of course. We entered the locker room in tears. It was truly abnormal.'
