Mohammed Kudus has informed Ajax of his intention to leave after this season. The news outlet reports that Ajax is asking for a fee of €46 million for Kudus, and this amount could rise significantly as more clubs express their interest in Amsterdam.
For Ajax, the upcoming summer could be the last opportunity to cash in on Kudus. If the Amsterdam club fails to secure Champions League football in the final matchday, the market value of Kudus could quickly decline. Currently, the 21-time international has an estimated market value (xTV) of €15.7 million, which is also influenced by factors such as contract duration. If Kudus remains loyal to the club next summer, the expiration of his contract will also draw nearer.
